Matt is co-founder and general partner of numerous brokerage, development and investment entities which spread across a number of markets types. Developments include RIATA, Austin's largest multi-family community consisting of 2,100 multi-family homes with extensive amenities. RIATA Partners was also chosen for a public/ private partnership with the Austin Revitalization Authority to design and develop Eleven East, a mixed-use development, winning best mixed use development from the Austin Business Journal. These entities have received both local and national awards for being Best-In-Class.
Matt is a native Austinite, University of Texas graduate and the founder of Mathias Partners. Matt is actively involved in Mathias Partners’ commercial real estate brokerage services, ensuring nothing less than the highest level of personal service for all clients.
Matt has previously served as president of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and the Commercial Brokers Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of Real Estate Council of Austin and is a past member of the Economic Development Committee of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, as well as many civic organizations. Co-Star and the Austin Business journal have named Matt and Mathias Partners in the "Top Five Commercial Brokerage Firms" and as a "Power Broker" multiple times.
