Jerry has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and is an essential reason why Mathias Partners' clients have come to value our services. He specializes in commercial leasing and sales transactions for office, retail and industrial product. He also has extensive experience in site selection and investment sales throughout the southwestern United States.
Jerry has developed a diverse knowledge and expertise, covering virtually the full spectrum of the commercial real estate sales and leasing field. He has a proven track record of saving clients time and money on their commercial real estate transactions.
A lifelong Austinite, Jerry is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and member of the Commercial Brokers Associates (CBA) and Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR).
